Buying a house can be an expensive project, but the costs involved in getting a mortgage need not be.

All mortgage related fees which you’ll have to pay will be set out clearly in the key facts illustration (KFI) that we, the mortgage broker, provide you. We must give you a KFI before you pay any fees related to the mortgage application. This won’t include any costs such as stamp duty or conveyancing fees.

Advance FS, unlike some brokers, do not charge you any fees for the service we provide. We take our fees directly from the lender on completion of your mortgage and provide a transparent service. You will always know exactly what is being charged, by whom and for what purpose.
